Ascent Leader Cohorts are 9-month small group experiences with two options:

Transitions Cohort: Dedicated to helping pastors navigating the transition into a new leadership role. 

Church Planters Cohort: Created to equip planting pastors with an unfair advantage. The key relationships, tools, and resources they’ll need as they walk faithfully in their new season of ministry.

Executive Pastor Cohort: Dedicated to helping pastors who manage the daily operations, staff, and culture of their church.
